Kerby, a native of Fort Worth, has several years of agricultural lending experience after working with another rural lending co-op in Katy, Texas.

Gina G. DeHoyos, a CPA and president of Gina G. DeHoyos, CPA, PLLC has been elected by the Board of Directors of Heritage Land Bank as the Association’s new Outside Director and financial expert. She will be replacing Jerry Nelson, who recently retired from the board.
Tyler, Texas - Heritage Land Bank announced it paid $2.25 million in cash patronage to its customers in April 2014. This year’s patronage distribution represents 65 basis points and is based on the association’s solid 2013 net earnings of $7.4 million and total assets of $321.5 million.
