Heritage Land Bank Pays $2.6 Million in Patronage Refund to Customers


TYLER, Texas - Heritage Land Bank announced it will pay $2.6 million in cash patronage to its customers in March 2016.  This year’s patronage distribution represents 65 basis points and is based on the association’s solid 2015 net earnings of $5.6 million and total assets of $385.5 million.
