The Heritage Land Bank board of directors has announced that it will return a cash dividend of $4.3 million to member-borrowers in north and east Texas.

Heritage Land Bank is proud to announce that our annual Customer Appreciation Dinners will return in April 2022! The evening will feature a delicious dinner, distribution of 2021 cooperative dividend checks, door prizes, giveaways, and much more.

Heritage Land Bank recently awarded a total of $15,000 to six high school seniors in north and east Texas.

Heritage Land Bank Sponsors the Texas Landowners Summit Buying and owning land is a dream for many Texans. However, the process of selecting and buying land can be complex. And, once property has been purchased, landowners may want to improve the land, lease it, or pass it on to others.

Heritage Land Bank has opened applications for the 2022 Scholarship Program. New for 2022, the scholarship program has been increased from $15,000 to $25,000 in scholarships. The 2022 program will award six scholarships to award winners as follows.
