Bill Tandy
Bill Tandy, a native of Montana, grew up in the country and has been in the banking industry for 35 years, serving as a bank president and CEO for nearly 25 of those years. Previously in his career, he served as CEO of two North Texas banks. He has extensive experience in raising capital and reducing problem assets, while maintaining and developing new business. Bill has a master's degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor's degree in business finance from the University of Montana. He and his wife, Susan, have four children.
Charlotte Sellers
Charlotte Sellers has been employed by the Association since February 2011. Mrs. Sellers received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Murray State University in Kentucky. She is also a graduate of the Economic Development Institute in Norman, Oklahoma. Mrs. Sellers has 23 years of banking experience in management, growing accrual loans as a Chief Credit Officer, commercial and residential lending, collections, working out problem assets, credit underwriting, and compliance.
Heath Gattis
Heath Gattis has been employed by the Association since November 2010. Initially occupying the Vice President of Credit role, he was recently elevated to CFO in May of 2018. Mr. Gattis brings 25 years of banking experience comprised of roles in bank regulations, financial reporting, lending and CEO of a community bank. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
Brian Harris
Brian Harris is Chief Lending Officer and assists with the lending operations at each of the association’s branch offices. He joined Heritage Land Bank in May 2013. Harris has more than 25 years of ag-lending, management and supervisory experience with Farm Credit. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Agricultural Education. Harris is a member of the TTU Agricultural College Alumni Association. He has served on several boards including the East Texas Farm and Ranch Club and the Smith County Junior Livestock Show. He and his wife, Ginger, have one son and one daughter.
Garrett Cox
Garrett Cox serves as Chief Appraisal Officer for Heritage Land Bank and oversees all appraisals and approasal review functions for the association.
