Bill Tandy
Chief Executive Officer
Bill Tandy was named Chief Executive Officer in 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Tandy has more than 35 years of banking experience and has served as CEO for nearly 25 of those years. He has extensive experience in raising capital and reducing problem assets, while maintaining and developing new business.
Heath Gattis
Chief Financial Officer
Heath Gattis joined Heritage Land Bank in November 2010 as Vice President of Credit. He was elevated to Chief Financial Officer in May 2018. Mr. Gattis brings 25 years of banking experience comprised of roles in bank regulations, financial reporting, lending, and serving as CEO of a community bank.
Charlotte Sellers
Chief Credit Officer
Charlotte Sellers has been employed by Heritage Land Bank since February 2011. Mrs. Sellers has more than 20 years of experience in commercial and residential lending, collections, working out problem assets, credit underwriting, and compliance.
Brian Harris
Chief Lending Officer
Brian Harris was promoted to Chief Lending Officer in 2022. Prior to that, Mr. Harris served as Regional Vice President for Heritage Land Bank. Mr. Harris has more than 35 years of Farm Credit lending experience.
Garrett Cox
Chief Appraisal Officer
Garrett Cox began working for Heritage Land Bank in September 2019, was named Chief Appraisal Officer in 2021, and oversees all appraisal and appraisal review functions for the association. Mr. Cox has 32 years of appraisal experience and has worked in the Farm Credit System for over 25 years.
