Heritage Land Bank is returning over $4 million in cash-back dividends to customers - marking the thirteenth year in a row of paying patronage!

Cooperative dividends lower borrowing costs by returning a meaningful portion of earnings to members – a unique benefit of a cooperative business model.

Heritage Land Bank has been returning a portion of its profits to borrowers for 30 of the last 31 years, totaling $62.3 million in cash dividends paid since 2000. This year, almost 3,000 checks will be distributed, totaling over $4 million amongst our stockholders to be reinvested in local communities.

Heritage Land Bank's 2023 dividend checks will be distributed on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Below are the details and options for all customers who will receive a dividend check:

Option 1: Pick up your check in person. Your check will be available at your primary servicing branch on Tuesday, April 30, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Option 2: Apply your dividend to your outstanding balance. If you wish to apply your dividend to your outstanding loan balance, please contact your loan officer or branch location directly.

Option 3: Dividend check by mail. If you cannot join us on April 30 and do not wish to apply your dividend to your loan balance, we will mail the check to you on May 1.
